Instead of just installing the upgrade, it reinstalled windows (vista, It sucks). But it seems to have deleted my library and every time I plug my IPOD in, it keeps aksing me if I want to synch to my computer, which will erase my ipod. Can anyone help?

Hoe kan ik dit oplossen (en dan niet generiek zijn en zeggen dat je een Mac). Ik heb verwijderd iTunes en nog steeds geen geluk.
